I've been doing ppl for the last two months since I've joined the gym and people began hyping U/L and full body, and glazing it, not to mention how time efficient it is as I was training 6 days with ppl and I'll only be training 4 with U/L allowing me to focus on my studies

I want someone to rate the routine and all the exercises I've put in, I think it's obvious but I'm biased and want to grow mainly my bis and forearms and any knowledge would be greatly appreciated

Does that mean increased hyperteophy/muscle growth? I lowk don't care much about strength, only aesthetics, end goal would be:
Alex GIF by santiago country club

Yes, youre squeezing the muscles as hard as possible and recruiting every fiber

I would recommend start your training with them and then do reps

So I do 16 on incline dB press rn, I should jump to 20 and try pushing as hard as possible?

Instead of dumbell pressing you can do barbell bench press in a rack where the bar is locked and you push as hard as possible against it

Too much volume, you will fatigue yourself. Do for chest one flat and one incline movement (everything 1 set) 1 upper back 1 upper lats and 1 lowe lats isolation (1 set) also biceps is one of the smallest muscles in the body so one exercise will he kore than enough (just pick whatever exercises you like the most it doesnt really matter, and basically just do 1 exercise for every arm muscle triceps, one foe every delt so lateral raise and shoudler press (Everything one set trust ive been doing 1 almost a year and its the best thing you can do) and forearms are really hard to grow so idk if its evwn worth it isolating it but you can if you want

The forearm routine is a guy from youtube

And yeah I'll take the advice

Forearms are a muscle that will follow your growth of other body parts. It will only grow if you gain alot weight so if you want to grow them you need to bulk. Training forearms will only make them stronger and the guy in the yt video is a proffesional arm wrestler

Also do the same for legs one squat pattern and leg extension and for hamstrings do just leg curls and rdl thats all you dont need to trsin calves if you dont want too. Also i advice you to train your biceps and lateral shoulder delt at the start of the lower dsy so that the upper day will be shorter in time and youre gonna be stronger and to farigued at it so more growth
