New Theory section VS the one in offtopic

In Offtopic, we already have the Theory prefix, but it doesn't work as well as we thought for two reasons:

1. It's in Offtopic, so when someone creates a high-effort thread with the Theory prefix, it gets quickly buried by threads like "foid bad" , "rate dick."
   Eventually, no one wants to spend time making high-effort threads anymore
2. No one wants to report or ignore trolls. If you go to India and see trash on the street, do you pick it up?
   Of course not, because the place is full of trash, and your action feels meaningless.

Why the new section will be different:

1. Users can only create one thread every 5 days, reducing trolling by 95%.
   Just like Grok vs. Deepseek: Grok limits you to 15 questions every 2 hours, and it works well;
   Deepseek allows unlimited questions, and it becomes very slow.
2. It's a theory-focused place, if you troll, you'll be noticed, banned by mods, or ignored by other users.
