I present to you never seen before orbital box osteotomy results.

After photo: 6 months post op OBO, 4 months post op rhinoplasty
No vision problems or nerve damage.

I’ve been following his journey and his entire process which he’s been sharing on a few discord servers.
He also needed rhinoplasty afterward because his nose got wider after the procedure.

His eyes are asymmetric now tho. Right is lower than the left. I have the same issue

So did the doctors change his eye position or change something that made an illusion of wider eyes?

i get that Surgery never has 0% risk but isnt repositioning orbitals very dangerous and can lead to blindness or loss of vision/impaired?

OBO is more dangerous than Le Fort 2 :)
