Pyrilutimide seems to be working in the new studies at the 0.1% concentration. You can already buy it on amazon from kintor if you wanted to .

Breezula might some out in the next 5 years, although not the biggest fan I like Pyri better because its non steroidal.

Isn’t Pyrilutimide just RU with more research ?

Yea it has a similar mechanism of action they just cant find the right dose yet.

In theory it should be stronger than RU with way fewer side effects. There were no severe chest pain issues with pyri that some people say on ru is a possibility.

I think brezulla is projected to come out in 2025

Ru and pyri seems like a good idea for roidcels since they occupy the androgen receptors in the scalp
