Spent the last few months leaning out my face and then got a few ml of chin filler after being able to get an accurate look at my face. I'd been planning that for ages as a look at what a rhinoplasty could do. Now that I've done this, what's the next thing I should do? Also I have a filter on in both these images so take that into account. Currently thinking a lip lift for thr philtrum?
