Next year I’m starting high school. Where I am now, I’d say I’m average or a bit above, but the school I’m heading to is packed with HTNs.
Here’s an example of a guy there.

What do I do? I need to ascend fast.

Ascension will always take time for a good ascension there’s no such thing as “fast” but with a couple months most definitely you can ascend

The problem is that I have reached the point where I'm stuck. I grew 1-1,5 PSL since my base and then the progress just stopped
