Niacinamide or Niacin?

Does Niacinamide cause the same Benefits as Niacin, even tho it hasn't the flush effect?
Would appreciate an answer!

If you’re using it for HGH boost, then it’s bullshit. Niacin is what’s needed but you’re better off getting real hgh. A good source can run you a 1/6th of the cost of pharma.
