WHAT I WANNT KNOW IS HAVE I BEEN MEASURING THE PROTEIN AND CALS IN CHICKEN BREAST WRONG ALL THIS TIME??

WHEN U SEARCH IT SAYS THERE IS 30G PROTEIN IN 100G CHICKEN BREAST, DOES THIS MEAN RAW CHICKEN BREAST OR COOKED??

SO WHEN I EAT MY 270G OF COOKED CHICKEN BREAST WHICH WAS PREVIOUSLY 400G RAW WILL I GET 120G PROTEIN OR LIKE 80G??

just weight it raw. 100gr is 25 gr of protein which mean 100 gr raw boyos
 
most meats are like 20g protein per 100g raw so thats how i estimate mine
 
cooked chicken breast is 165 cal per 100g and around 31 grams of protein

99% of the time packaging shows the contents of the raw weight, cooked weight has variations due to loss of moisture, cooking longer will get rid of more moisture from the meat
