Fucking easy ass vice to quit. I take snus every other day now but have been off for weeks at a time without even thinking about it
I only came back because it's fun
The tolerance is high, but literally the only side effect I felt after quitting was just a mild craving to want more. Not eating chocolate is harder.
The longest break I've gone was for around 3 weeks and I didn't feel an immediate urge to take a zyn, I really didn't even want to take it in that moment
If 3 weeks isn't enough to actually quit, how long does it really take to feel intense urges
