I am gonna try and get quickly lean with nicotine and more caffeine.

Caffeine during the day, and nicotine closer to night.


Marlboro red should be just fine for now, I hope I wont get addicted :forcedsmile:
I need to loose 7KG real quick so I will see if it works. My cravings for carbs and snacks might end.

Or you know, just control your hands to stop putting food in you. Coffee is cool tho but cigs are a looksmin

I just had an issue with dopamine and overall carbs. I eat carbs as preworkout now and dont crave any. Otherwise I need to try and get cigs in as alternative suppressor to snacks.

I'd 100% prefer snacking than smoking bro. I mean didn't you have any other options? Nicotine gum? Diet soda?

Well it works if you abuse them but you will feel anxious and like crap 90% of the time. Literally just eat slight less and up your step count. Even 20 min walks after meals make a huge difference in weight loss. Or if u cba going outside because ur a rotter walk up and down ur stairs for 10 mins.

Also like poster above said get gum if you use it. Still gives you the stimulant effect but less addictive.

i didnt know nicotine gum was a thing. Idk if they sell it in eu but ima try and find one, But diet soda is if i want something sweet. Nicotine for salty or hunger

I do the walking after meals, but if I fell of mentally. I feel like I can eat anything yet I can repeat the mistake

Eh, know what? If it is working out for you, and you're aware of the potential consequences go for it. At the very least I'm hoping you're optimizing the rest of your life to offset the damages of smoking.
 
Tried it in the past and 100% works, you need your steps to be in the 10k to make a real difference tho

If I wont get addicted I'll be fine but I might and then look for threads here on "how to stop nic addiction" :lul:
 
Cigarettes arent even Addictive JFL I'm almost 3 months from not smoking and I'm not even fiening been smoking since I'm 18 on and off and I'm 21 now

I tried cigs and the aftertaste is so gross I literally want to eat a whole dinner after smoking :lul:
 
I lost 20kgs (44 lbs I guess) with only caffeine and cigs I smoke 2 packs per day it really helps with weight losing,, it always keeps me full and helps with metabolism also if you combine sprint with these,, u can burn hella fat.

I just hit my geekbar with a monster and slave off on the treadmill until I burn 500+ calories a day
 
skip caffeine and nicotine just go straight to the good stuff, like MDMA and cocaine that'll really get you lean
