Nic exposure is driven by the central nervous system acting through nicotinic acetylcholine receptors, binding them into the hypothalamus, it triggers a cascade that stimulates the release of GHRH(Growth hormone releasing hormone).

That subsequently prompts the pituitary gland to secrete growth hormone in the blood stream.

This is all theoretical and it surely wont increase the GH form that drives actual growth IGF-1 Because cigs contain alot of other toxins

I guess since some of you can't read the theoretical part im gonna quote it once again

Whats the point of this thread exactly?

For example smokers inhale carbon monoxide which affect cell oxygen = less cell oxygen which negatively impact cell growth.
Wich is why i quoted that it would not raise IGF-1 levels

Because of somatostatin it actively blocks gh from producing from the pituitary gland yeah i still don’t understand your ‘point’ of your theory
