there have been a fair few threads about tobacco increasing testosterone, but i think nicotine is more valuable for appetite suppression because that's a more researched effect of nicotine that's actually confirmed to be true, and you don't have to fuck up your body with cigs because it comes from nicotine only and not tobacco. it has a pretty noticeable appetite suppressant effect. it's also cheap asf if you use a vape and mix up big batches of your own juice. it's addictive but vapes are not exactly very harmful to your health, and that just gives you more reason to constantly use it for constant appetite suppression gainz. i'm not sure if the appetite suppressant effects decrease as tolerance raises but i don't think it does, smokers tend to gain weight when they quit. obviously it won't leanmax you on it's own, but it definitely helps. personally it's kept me at a pretty low weight and i just need to eat better and actually exercise to leanmaxx.

nicotine doesn't lower appetite for everyone. I smoke 30 cigs a day and my appetite is higher than it was a few years back. maybe will to eat decreases for like 10 minutes after a smoke but after that ill feel hungry

it's pretty legit for some if not most people though, and probably the only legit benefit of nicotine

There’s that joke about the supermodels diet being coffee and cigarettes. Coffee is legit for fasting and appetite suppression, not sure cigs are worth it for obvious reasons but patches maybe, idk.

coffee is good too, and a combination of both is even better. i was more suggesting vaping here, cigs are pretty bad

Oh yeah, I forgot about vaping. I’ve never used nicotine but it makes sense.

I believe that weight gain after smoking cessation is due to decreased mood as in eating for a dopamine rush more than nicotine being apetite suppressant. Caffeine on the other hand works great for the matter.

Chew nicotine gum every 3 hours for appetite suppression.

Juul you won’t get the yellow teeth and bad breath from cigs. It helped me a lot.

both of them work pretty well, and a combination is even better. you definitely could attribute some of the weight gain to comfort eating, but it is well known that nicotine suppresses appetite.
