I dont think it cause issues. If youre worried just use nicotine 24h skin patches instead bro.

I've used nicotine pouches daily for 2 years, 16mg/g strength. I have slight gum recession at the spot I put the pouch (burned a pocket in my gums), but it's not that bad or noticeable.

The worst is the discoloration of your teeth, you will need frequent whitening

I didnt notice gum recession. I put 2 pouches on each side of gums under upper lip.

Why 2 pouches? Why not use some higher strength.. I bought 64mg/g pouches once by mistake, if you can manage two of those at once I salute you

I used 2 x 30mg pouches. It was the highest strength i could find online in Sweden nicotine shops.
