imo yes but they're very addicting i started like a year ago and only wanted to take them for like a month cuz i wanted to focus better on work, now i get withdrawals after 30 minutes without taking it

Snus makes nose bigger due to nicotine raising cortisol which in turn makes nose inflamed. Snus is a no go if you're serious about looksmaxing. It also makes your gums recessed which in turn makes teeth fall off and makes ur jaw worse

Try doing it fewer times a day and going a lower level, you're gonna want to quit either way, cause the buzz stops and your teeth just start looking like riras teeth, the later you quit the harder it is too stop, i started with 7mgs then 50mg cubas and pablos and then straight 150mg icebergs cause i couldn't feel the buzz, and still managed to quit
