Nicotine pros and cons

i haven't seen many posts about this so this is more of a question but i want to know people thoughts on nicotine either in its natural form or in a vape/nicotine
pouches. mainly js the pros and cons of it

pros: appetite suppression, mild diuretic, Can potentially be leveraged in social scenarios

Cons: Slows bloodflow, shortness of breath, actual addiction, etc.

Nicotine seems to have a lot of health benefits and be good for your brain, I think any risks with pure nicotine are exaggerated as fuck. Also boosts T a little. Compared to commonly prescribed stuff like central stimulants it is extremely tame in comparison. I take a lot of stuff and nicotine is like the least harmful part of my stack, however it was never strong for me or that addictive, just provides a small boost in energy.

when you plan on quitting gradually decrease consumption instead of cold turkey because the withdrawal is horrible

can be super bad if youre on roids cus they will increase bp and if thats paired with the vasoconstriction from the nic, then you can js die of a heart attack
