Try it bro, PRP has boomed in the cosmetic medicine industry, and is backed up with new emerging researching backing these claims. I've done it for my front hairline, even though I don't have receeding, and it's definitly thickened hair follicles that have thinned out due to hairline maturation (which happens to all guys in their late teens and early twenties)

The only caveat to PRP is that it does require a course of three intial treatments, and then one maintaince treatment every six to twelve months to maintain its hair density effects. And they're not cheap.... But they work.
