nipple concerns

so basically my nipples have like this weird feeling they’re not flat like normal peoples they stick out and and they feel like there’s a layer of something under them, like a disc of tissue under them. it’s only under my nipples not in my chest or anything. is this gyno? actually worrying abt this because a while ago they were regular and flat, but then one became like this and probably 6 months later the other one did. people have also asked me multiple times why are my nipples so pointy and why do they look like that. need help can send a picture if needed thx

it usually goes away after puberty but its rough

luckily if you just wear a tight undershirt you can hide it, there are ones specifically made for this, easy fix

also lose weight

if its really bad use the thing that trannies use to hide their boobs
