Ended my Test E cycle about 4 weeks ago and ive been on 20mg of Nolvadex for about 2 weeks. Sometimes I get sensitive nipples similiar to when you first start your test cycle and your estrogen is too high. It goes away after a while, but I was just wondering if this is just a hormone fluctuation or if there is anything I can do?
