No Body hair

Im 18 and i dont have any hair on my body , legs etc , except private parts and armpits , long time to grow hair on my face , the only hair on my legs is on my kneecaps wth is this genetic or testosteron is shit

I dont even know fr , i remember i checked ones at a doctor and between 16/17 there was only increase in 1/2 cm , im 5.6/7 without shoes on rn

Idk maybe i need to go check testosterone levels ? My father is 5.11 and the thing is hes 47 and he barely has hair on his body too but he has a full beard
