Chances are your orbital region is the culprit as opposed to your malar region which isn't too uncommon. On the bright side you most likely won't have to worry about any form of cheek augmentation and can skip to addressing the orbital region directly through means such as infraorbital implants (sometimes refered to as tear-trough implants or flowers implants), fat grafting to the lower eyelid, and maybe some form of laser treatment. Concealer or a colour corrector can work as a temporary solution in the meantime.@WanderingBurro
Whenever I pull my skin sideways, it doesn't seem to improve my eye area at all and I feel a decent cheekbone. However, I have pretty bad dark circles. Would this more likely be a pigmentation issue rather than a bone issue? May just cope with concealer for the time being if that's the case.
Also, one of my eyes are slightly bigger than the other, but that's probably only fixable through extreme surgeries like Tripod.

Dark circles directly underneath the eye are usually caused by weak orbitals, lack of fat storage, or poor skin quality.
