This is the easiest way to gain weight I have found so far. It requires two compounds.
The most effective daily doses for these consists of the following:
URB597 is an experimental FAAH inhibitor, and while FAAH is also investigated for its role in things like anxiety and pain, it also interacts with pathways related to hunger, being part of the Leptin-FAAH axis. Inhibiting FAAH with URB means that food intake is less supressed meaning there is less satiety, meaning it is possible to eat more. Comparitively, it is more effective than MK-677. MK-677 is quite well known, however its main mechanism is not GH but Ghrelin agonism, which is known as the "hunger hormone".
The combination of both of these compounds is highly effective in increasing appetite. A warning of advice, URB597 does not have human trials
. Past appetite increase, everything else just consists of eating surplus calories.
I can eat over 4500 calories and still be hungry on this combo.
