I feel like zombie because my glycogen stocks are empty af. Gonna add some carbs from fruits

I tried this and hated my life now I just eat whatever and workout a lot look the same and still build muscle and stay relatively lean

dont eat no carbs unless ur auscwitzmaxxing, it can fuck u over. Eat like 50-150 carbs, low carbs is all u need bahi

Don’t listen to the aspies that preach 0 carbs. It’s unsustainable long term, low fiber and nutrients variety can fuck u over, and if u have muscle mass u will lost it as well as get easily fatigued and weaker. Just do 50-150 carbs a day max

Incorporating carbohydrates from low glycemic index sources such as fruits, is indeed a proficient method for leanmaxxing, ranking second only to reducing one's intake of sugar (sucrose) - the malefactor responsible for various deleterious effects on the body.

you do know fructose is 50 percent sucrose and 50 percent glucose? sugar offers a variety of benefits..

What do you offer before workout? What kind of carbs should I consume ?

bad argument, you invoke the term "processed" to sound as though it is implicity bad but the honey you get from the market is also processed by bees for eg. and i expect you believe PUFAs to be bad as well by that logic? just curious.. since sucrose is just glucose (starch) with fructose , there is nothing intrinsically bad about sucrose as such

What I might say now will sound incredibly generic but go with healthy carbs that suit your body. Fruits like Avocados, pomegranate and then citrus ones like oranges or a lime water (with no sugar) would be beneficial.

Me personally, I eat nothing before workouts. I exercise hungry. A glass of warm water maybe.

Having a spoon of honey over a pinch of sugar health mogs by a mile (considering you have honey from an organic small business source).

By processed sugars I mean the ones you see in boxes like nutella and Tetra packet drinks filled with class 2 preservatives and whatnot induced and added by (((them))). Eating those is the worst you can do to your health apart from smoking, forget leanmaxxing.

Life is about balance.

I've lost 30lbs in the last 4 months and I didn't cut carbs at all.

If you go 0 then you enter Ketosis
If you go above that your body uses carbs as a main source of energy and if you don't have enough carbs you will have less and less energy day by day = twd

How does it work then? Why was i feeling shit on decent amount of calories, protein, fats and "only" 200 carbs?

It was shit at first for me but now I'm getting like 35grams of carbs with 180-210grams protein 1900cal

Get carbs from milk / fruit juices, no carbs is literally the most retarded shit you can do.
