Today i finally got my ass off my chair and actually got some work in !!
(did not work out for a week btw
went to the gym and ran earlier today
did the following
1st exercise
Bench press
set 1 : 45 plate for 10 reps
set 1+2 : 45plate+10plate for 8 reps
2nd exercise
set 1: calm weight, under 100pds
set 2+3 i dont remeber exactly but was around 140-165pds for 8 reps
Exercise 3
Chest flies
Set 1 : calm weight
Set 2+3 : around 160-180 for 12 reps
Last Excercise
2 total sets with med weight

Wide Grip Lat Pulldown
set 1: calm weight, under 100pds
set 2+3 i dont remeber exactly but was around 140-165pds for 8 reps

Last Excercise
2 total sets with med weight
and did 3.4km for under 18 minutes today
a week earleir got my first 5k run for this summer
