‘every 100 mg is 11% increase!’
the study was conducted on mice in the 1930s without any modern calorimetry, controls, or standardized methodology of study.
the study actually states it ‘1 mg / kg / =11% increase’ but then subsequently says 2 mg per kg is 25%.
Then PubMed extrapolated this data to the 100 mg ingested is 11%, which they mention in passing in the source
they then go onto say there is significant individual variation
I mean it works but there’s no way of knowing
Maybe a bunch of us leannpillers need to get together and track our intake, calories and weight and do the math ourselves
anyway tldr no one knows what tis shi does
