I believe America might be one of the worst countries to be treated as a class 3 patient. I believe for many of us, Lefort II or III is required for a good aesthetic result. Do you think any doctors will perform such surgery in America?

@AtlasTH thoughts my fellow Lefort 3 needer?

It’s good if only your midface is recessed

midfacial recessesion often causes mandibular recession and downward growth tho., especially in my case, where my jewish ortho push my forward grown jaw behind my recessed midface instead of making me wear heardgear and cutting my tongue tie.

Now i have a long ass head with no midface and I look boneless

Have you consulted with any surgeons yet?

yes all are like
"we can give u lefort I but it wont be too much advancement cuz muh midface muh bimax protrusion muh 3 milimeter cuz if you get over advanced youll get muhh muh chimp face. Have you considered extractions to get more advancement??? " AAHAHAHAHAHAH ansd these are supposedly some of the top surgeons in the US what a joke.

Obwegeser would have given me LF2 or MLF3 without a second thought and avoided all these problems. Not even a high LF1 has been mentioned for me, and I legit have jowels at 22. JFLLLLL

I knew all these problems could be avoided with a lefort 2 or 3 but I was too cucked to seriously consider lefort 3 until I fully accepted LF1 wont solve my problems

I cringe hard when surgeons mention extractions, for ideal jaw surgery results I need a MLF3 as well so hopefully we find a surgeon who’s capable of performing one

Agreed and most will be too high inhib to lose their license or get sued and do little movements (just enough to get you "normal) and wont do heavy rotation

You'll have to turn overseas

What’s your opinion of the higher leforts and the risk of blindness? I already have severe optic nerve damage

IQLFII with the piezo saw claims to be quite safe too..

Now we just need to find surgeons who are actually doing it.

@whiteissuperior do you know of any surgeons actually implementing it?

I’ve listed many

Look at the office of dr Eugene Keller

There’s a doctor there who does it

Thanks, that is the only one in the US? Is it with a piezo saw?

Who does it outside of the US?

The most infuriating thing for me is that IQLFII is only indicated for class III patients (not that it ultimately matters because none of these fags will do it for anyone), and I fucking know it's because the larger mandible simply makes midface deficiency look worse. I'm Class II, but my midface is so recessed that from 3/4 view, you can't even see the cheek of the other side of my face, just my bulging-ass eye. But, no, these retards think only Class III deserves a good aesthetic outcome because they looked worse before the surgery. Doctors (some of them) are some of the most Dunning-Kruger faggots who have ever lived. I've had so many terrible experience with these tards and they all act like you're the retard, not them.

Anyway, what do you guys think about quadrangular Lefort I, specifically C or D:

and then orbital rim implants? I think the results would be similar to QLFII, as the suborbital rims don't strike me as being as aesthetically complex as the jaw or cheeks, so I think the outcome from implants would be better. Plus, the forward movement of the upper maxilla should help the under-eye area. I assume one of you is the dude I was talking to on reddit yesterday.

Implants would need to go over the metal which isn't great unless you waited to get the metal out first, but even then any further surgeries or revisions or even just infections on the metal would be a huge pain because you'd have to remove the implants.

IQLFII fixes all of these "problems" by relying on bone.

I'm hoping maybe in a couple years we will start to see more surgeons adopting it in real life but maybe I'm just dreaming.. piezo is also somewhat cutting edge so maybe it will take 5-10 years but I hope not.

Pretty sure lefort III is a meme and never been done.

Some really recessed white guy here made a thread where he reached out to loada of surgeons with his x-rays asking if he was a good candidate for Lefort III, and they all pretty much said yes jfl.

Idk if that guy roped or not...

What does mfl3 change? There are no pics of before and after, I only saw lefort 2

a dude on jawsurgeryforums got one. it was modified by not moving the lower part of the maxilla, i.e. the part that normally gets moved in Lefort I. the surgeon, retired or expired Dr. Sinn I believe, just moved the upper part forward.
