It's been 2 months since I stopped using shampoo. Instead I only used conditioner for washing and coconut oil for maintaining. I definitely lost little to no hair during shower and my hair has become much softer and smoother.

My hair would stink when I tried this about 4 years ago. I was 1 month in. The day I washed it and went to my friend's home, he was like "finally...". He could tell my hair had been washed.
