haven't used it in like a week, can't tell yet, im tryna fringemaxit does with me
retard you're supposed to use no shampoo for atleast a monthI have recently experimented a bit with different frequencies of using shampoo and concluded that my hair looks thicker and overall healthier when i use shampoo everyday. When i use shampoo once a week my hair looks good for 1-2 days and then it becomes a mess for the remaining days of the week.
Good post but you posted it on the wrong thread lolPSL copers trying their best to explain the physical discrepancies of this relationship. "Well actually, she's a high tier Becky at best moreover when you factor in the average income of an E Gamer which is roughly 100k weekly it becomes clear that's she's only dating him for the money"

OP don't listen to any retard that hasn't done nopoo for less than 2 months. It takes MONTHS at least for you to see any improvement
I haven't used shampoo in 7 months and my dandruff is gone, hair no longer goes through the vicious cycle of being too greasy, then degreased and super dry, then only properly mositurized for a select few days, then back to being too greasy. your hair does not fucking need a detergent agent unless you swim in shit everyday. Water and especially hot water is more than capable of removing lipids from your hair just by sheer mechanical force when accompanied with rubbing your scalp. Chemically removing the lipids through either detergents or through lipid + alkaline combo nukes all the sebum in your hair, and destroys the moisture barrier in it. this makes your hair feel like a straw hat, which is how companies instilled the need of an accompanying mositurizing agent along with your shampoo
You're literally paying a company to make your hair dry
If you have long hair, it's extremely hard to go through with nopoo because it takes a very long time for your scalp to adapt. I will never go back to shampoo
lifefuel tbh, I'll try it for a few monthsOP don't listen to any retard that hasn't done nopoo for less than 2 months. It takes MONTHS at least for you to see any improvement

hair doesn't have a fucking smell intrinsically, the sebum is what gives it any sort of smell. cloth is incomparable to hair, and if you let the cloth air dry and didn't keep it in a hot environment it wouldn't smell. When your sebum production is fucked from shampoo, your hair becomes super greasy a couple days without shampoo hence the smellhow the fk does your hair not smell disgusting without shampoo unless it's short?
if I took a piece of cloth with me everywhere and only rinsed it with water every now and then it would smell too
what about conditioner?hair doesn't have a fucking smell intrinsically, the sebum is what gives it any sort of smell. cloth is incomparable to hair, and if you let the cloth air dry and didn't keep it in a hot environment it wouldn't smell. Conditioner usually has the same shitty sulfates, silicones, alcohol, non natural non dissolvable oils that need shampoo detergents or soap to remove them. It's unnecessary. After 6 months of no poo I tried conditioner and my hair didn't look any different, just greasier. i wouldn't do itwhat about conditioner?
I prefer cold waterso just wash your hair with warm water ?
