Well not just squinting. angle, puberty explains also partially his eyes. Though it is mostly squinting, my eyes become seemingly wider/like his when I squint, and become incel tier when I don't. I'm 99% sure he didn't get surgery. Also his his eyebrows can be explained by Minoxidil or regrowth oils, however.
