Almost everyone has breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks in between meals and consumes unnecessary liquid calories on top of all that, despite leading a sedentary livestyle. You gotta have child portions if you eat that often, unless you're extremely active physically and/or carry a huge amount of muscle.
Meanwhile, I eat one large meal per day and have black coffee, sugar free energy drinks or pepsi when I need a boost or get hungry throughout the day (rarely happens since I'm well adapted to intermittent fasting)
