Nobody ever talks about upper third falllios

A very prominent fallio for ethnics, specifically blacks is usually prognathism or a sloped forehead, obviously this is not ideal and is very noticeable and is very hard to fraud,

Note: I have horrible hairline genetics so this lowers my rating
What surgical procedures can fix this, or is the slope forehead in itself not the main issue?
I’ve looked into the basics, obviously hair transplants, forehead reduction surgery and also bone cement.
What combination would you recommend?
