I went like two months without it in 2018, for religious reasons. Was one of the hardest thing is I ever had to do. The first month was the worst. I remember at around the 19th day I was pacing around in my apartment for like an hour trying to resist the urge to go rub one out. It's all I could think about.

Like I said I went about 2 months. I don't know if there were any benefits to it. I don't think so.
