I'm on day 6 nofap and my hair quality already feels far better, it feels thicker and my hairline looks better and more dense.

When you masturbate your DHT levels spike but in all the wrong places (your scalp, ect). I also notice little hairs growing along my hairline, but that could be due to dermarolling.

I'm not on ANY hairloss method or medication besides dermarolling and I derma'd since Friday (its tuesday) so it has to be the NoFap.

I'm on day 18 of nofap. It definitely helps with social skills and overall zest for life. Women seem very open to me these days.

It works differently for different people obviously. Just cause I notice changes doesn't mean everyone will. My hair is very fine naturally so it probably regrows easier too.
