Since I had just moved into my college dorm two weeks ago with multiple roommates, I knew it was gonna be hard to find time so I tried nofap because it was convenient time to try more than any. Spoiler Alert: Its fake as shit and does absolutely nothing. If anything it felt like my test or overall sex drive was lower during the two-week frame, I woke up without morning wood sometimes compared to before nofap when I woke up with it every day, and as soon as I ended the nofap trial. There's also evidence to suggest your sperm quality is gonna decrease if you do nofap, so jacking off is basically Spermmaxxing.

Week 1: During the first week interestingly enough I didn't have many urges but probably because I was preoccupied with moving in. If anything, it made me feel like a low T soy boy because I wasn't thinking about women as much. Which in turn could decrease confidence if you're conscious of this.
Week 2: During the second week, the urges started to slowly increase and by day ten I would get aroused pretty easily or felt the urge. By the last day of the second week, I called it quits because there were literally no noticeable benefits.
There's also ZERO evidence to suggest it increases test or any other hormone/trait for an extended or permanent time frame.
Conclusion: If you see some loser on TikTok or the internet preaching nofap, don't listen as it's most likely a cope for them to feel more disciplined to make up for their low PSL. Don't do it.
