Non hardmax fix for semi mandibular prognatism?

Is there any possible way of fixing my semi mandibular prognatism? It makes my ramus look non existent and makes my face blend in with my neck when being a little bit bloated. I call it semi because it’s not like the extreme cases you see on google, but it’s no joke. If you ask me go to a dentist, I’ve been going since I was 3 years old (I’m 15 now) and they’ve been able to help my situation a little bit but not enough, is it over? Do I have to live with this till I’m 21 and I’m able to fix it with surgery? Also if you tell me to go to the gym because I’m fat and that’s the only fix, I’ve been going for 2 years now, you can see my rib cage when I take my shirt off, I’m like 1 step before being anorexic

isnt that caused by an underbite? pretty sure it shouldnt take 12 years to fix , ur ortho is probably a jew just trying to take ur money by making u book sessions without actually fixing anything , try going to another ortho , a better trusted/reputable one if possible

I had a million problems with my mouth, not only the mandibular prognatism so I don’t think the ortho is the problem, also I don’t think it can be fixed with an ortho cause I asked like 3 already and they all told me surgery is needed.
