So We all know how Scoliosis fucks up your looks : takes away inches from your height, shoulder assymetry, bad posture and overall weak body.

I came across this site https://scoliolife.com/ and it presents a 5 day intensive treatment plan with exercices but what really interested me was their personalised brace which can actually CURE your deformed spine instead of just limiting the progression like other braces do.

TBH, your only option is tedious physical therapy and special exercise program for years.

There is a surgery to fix severe scoliosis, but unless you are completely deformed, no one is performing it on you.

TBH, your only option is tedious physical therapy and special exercise program for years.

I’m planning on doing physical therapy too, but that seems too soft and may take a decade
I thought wearing a brace every night for example or even just a few hours every day could really change things
On that site there were results in only 3 months

Im open to every surgery for Looksmaxxing but the scoliosis surgery scares the fuck out of me. Like Just looking at the percentage of people getting problems after surgery and the fact I couldnt do heavy sports, or the risk of ending up paralyzed

if your a kid pressure can move things into correct position yes, but if your a adult good fucking luck i got scoliosis too and i fucking hate it i tried so much shit im 21 , last resort is overdosing on muscle relaxers and having my neighbor bash a 50 pound hammer into the spine
