There are a few surgeons online who argue that bio-stimulatory fillers Radiesse (CaHa) and Bellafill (PMMA) can stimulate bone formation when injected on the bone level. Some studies show osteoblast formation when placed on this level especially when mixed with other osteoinductive materials. The companies that make these products says they do not induce bone growth because they have only been tested in the dermis, not on bone.
Not sure why more people on here haven't discussed this given that both of these fillers are administered by a lot of physicians nationwide. This might be an option for people who do not want invasive implants or surgery if you find an injector who is willing to inject on the bony level. (Platelet gel was also an autologous option that was found to have bone regenerative effects when injected)
