Title tbh.

They only give lefort 2 to horribly disfigured people who have been in accidents.
No sane doctor will perform this surgery on you.

need my whole cranium to grow forwards so it harmonizes with my massive occipital bone

As far as I know only doctor A from the slums of russia does it, and hes a confirmed bUtcher. Modified Lefort 3 >>>>>>> but i haven't gotten a word back from sinn who is retired now even through his surgeon friend contact.

Properly designed custom implants make MLF3 completly useless not to mention aesthetically is inferior.

custom implants cant replicate forward growth and fuk you up as you age, and theyre oversized and unnatural. If anyone could implant their skull to ascension everyone would 3d print jordan barrett skull already

most people will be fine with just lefort 1 and bsso. i got mine by pretending to have sleep apnea with supporting visual evidence being minimal malocclusion. promised the surgeon i would bring in results from a sleep study but never did. i think he just wanted the insurance money at that point. the procedure was worth 500k, i spent 20k out of pocket for "3d cephalometric analysis" which was essentially just a bribe, rest covered by insurance. if you have really bad undereye issue you might look into zgyomatic sandwich osteotomy plus fillers, but those are elective and won't be covered.
 
protip: don't settle for anything less than 1 inch of movement. if it's unstable, the doctor will make on the fly adjustments during the operation. get our maxilla as forward as possible

Not exactly, maybe it’ll yield similar results but a lefort 2 doesn’t involve implants, it just breaks the bone in a different way and moves the entire maxilla forward rather than just the lower segment.

Kinda, even with its invasiveness, the recovery will be less brutal than implants. It’s one of the best surgeries out there imo that I never see people getting because of the refusal of service from most surgeons as mentioned by OP

it's on a case by case basis. I only need minimal maxillary advancement since my facial depth is good. I'd look crocodilemaxxed af if I got a 1 inch movement
