anyone sharing their experiences and suggestions for optimizing the adhd brain

Common symptoms such heightened unmotivation, always feeling tired and “brain heavy”, trying your hardest to catch mistakes and problems at work but still winding up looking stupid anyway… feeling like I’m in a winding loop during difficult redundant mundane tasks, leading to a near break down and depressive state and therefore a bad mood leading to feeling stressed despite not rlly having a lot to do other than a complex task.

I feel my brain is working against me. My father is getting older he needs to retire soon… if I can’t take over, and operate like his brain does, I will lose the opportunity of a good business that he is handing me.

My dad is basically the opposite of me. Very sharp, energized and motivated.. but stressed. Despite his heavy work load, he catches everything, finds mistakes before they happen, and solves them quickly. I’m the opposite as are many young people who work for him, and taking care of his job, as well as those around him is a heavy load of stress.
My mother wants me to go to school but I hate the education system. I want to optimize my mind to earn this business, retire my dad, and begin making his salary and grow the company.

I have such insane potential that is hindered by the constant feeling of being too tired or turned off to get up off my chair and do something as simple as check inventory..
I’m getting really tired of this shit as my prescription dose of vyvanse isn’t even working anymore.

D-Aspertate I was going to make a thread on this however from literature I read its perhaps one of the most potent nootropics. Mechanistically D-Asp increases Glutamate signaling in your prefrontal cortex, hippocampus, and other limbic regions, this also causes them to have alot more synaptic plasticity, causes dendrites to become longer, upregulation of Myelinogenesis. These regions will also become more active improving your ability to remember, focus, and problem solve by a large margin. D-asp is also released more often in neurodegenerative diseases like alzhiemers to maintain cognition. Other mechanisms I was researching on it could hypothetically increase IQ. Just that to much D-asp can also cause neuro toxicity due to over excitation, dosages in studies typically use 6g/day. You should expect more ability to focus and general cognition improvements on it.

Can I combine that with Ritalin lowkey?

I wanna take Ritalin but I’m worried about frying my brain

I heard that

idk abt that one, the neurotoxicity from stims are already observed from the over-excitation of neurons over time. D-Asp has the same risk if not more larger of a risk, at what dosage this is observed is not really studied on in the long term to know for sure (from what I read and doesn't mean there isn't an established safe dose), however a study used 6g/day of d-asp in people with schizophrenia along with some b vitamins and observed various cognitive benefits and major reductions in schizophrenia symtoms.

People claim that semax protects ur neurotransmitters but I’ve also heard that’s cope

Yeah, I was reading on semax and it is anti inflammatory, reduces ROS, increases neurotrophins which would mean its very neuroprotective and foundational in mitigating the etiology of major neurodegenerative diseases like alzheimers. It would help reduce some of the effects of excitotoxicity but semax acting as major thing when counteracting excitotoxicity is unlikely. I haven't really read much on semax tbf except for a couple sections on a paper, so I wouldn't be the best person to know on semax effects.
