theanine and ashwaghanda are the most noticeable ones i've ever taken. theanine has an incredibly calming effect as well. i took choline and tyrenosine for the longest time and i never noticed anything. piracetam did nothing for me. Phenylpiracetam which i haven't taken has smiilar effects to modafanil supposedly.

i def recommend theanine and ashwaghanda as quality of life supplements, and theanine helps you concentrate as well.

i've taken pheni and it sucks. ashwagandha's effects are very noticeacable if you're regularly very stressed.
