theanine and ashwaghanda are the most noticeable ones i've ever taken. theanine has an incredibly calming effect as well. i took choline and tyrenosine for the longest time and i never noticed anything. piracetam did nothing for me. Phenylpiracetam which i haven't taken has smiilar effects to modafanil supposedly.

i def recommend theanine and ashwaghanda as quality of life supplements, and theanine helps you concentrate as well.

ashwagandha is a fucking joke. i even cringed typing the name out, its like u wanna do roids to get shredded, but ur too scared to actually inject so u do mk677 instead jfl
atleast do the real deal and get phenibut. didnt do shit for me, but atleast the majority of people can confirm it works

idk bro ive taken like 60 ashw pills without noticing a single effect. maybe im just fucked uo beyond repair
