Your body can balance the pH of your skin. proper pH kills off most bacterias and is good for ion charge

Your pH of skin should be around 5.5
Pure water has pH of around 7

And your tape water you wash your hair with probably alot higher, depending on your water hardness (my water has 22°dH, I dont know pH but I guess it is fairly alkaline at around 10-11pH)

Btw, normal rain water has pH of 5.5
Partially explains the mogger hair of Germanics

"
But First, Why Does pH Matter?
When hair is at a balanced pH level (between 4.5 and 5.5), it’s functioning to the best of its ability. This means the cuticle is sealed and can protect itself, maintaining moisture and natural oils that will aid and strengthen hair, locking in color for longer-lasting vibrancy. If it’s not, imbalanced pH can cause pigments to quickly fade off tone. "

lol i talked about it and the solution
to remive dirt from hair do baking soda rinse
but it will fuvk your hair ph if you do it alone so you have to do apple cider vinager rinse after which lowers your hair ph and it closes the cuticle very good

it is not enough
unironically, getting a rain barrell and tunking your scalp in it and let it dry naturally might actually be an option but highly autistic

I know it’s autistic because it’s something I’ve considered using to wash with

Over for shittercels.

nopoo is fucking disgusting, i did it for 2 months and my hair never felt so nasty in my life.

damaged hair is caused by high porosity hair which is completely genetic, it's the reason behind damaged/frizzy hair but what's more important is hair texture

IMG 4023

high porosity hair can be fixed by rinsing you hair with apple cide vinegar and avoiding cheap shampoos to balance your PH level and close the cuticles for the hair to be protected and retain its shine.

now hair texture is a big deal because it's hard to control it unless using heat which will end up damaging your hair as well so unless you have a very good hair texture you're not in much of a choice really.

just take a shower
