Ive posted something like this before but there is clearly people that need it still.
If you post progress pics without exactly the same angle, lighting, and distance every time, your pics cannot be taken seriously.
Differences in lighting or perspective can make your jawline, muscles, or facial features look completely different. Don’t lie to yourself or others.
Please normalise this, its really not that hard

- Same spot, same background. Mark your position.
- Same time of day. Same lighting.
- Same camera/phone and settings.
- Multiple angles if you actually want accurate tracking.
