We can see through biological darwinism that the strongest men were the ones that were able to withstand and survive extreme points of pressure therefore being able to reproduce their offspring and then passing down better genes to their sons. We can also see this from an environmental standpoint of view that often men who were able to survive traumatic experiences when they were children develop a stronger sense of resilience when it comes to depression in adulthood, therefore often having better lives when they are older and commiting way less mistakes when rising their children, therefore furnishing better people to the world.
This can also be seen from a biological/genetic point of view that being strong enough as a man to the point of being able of controling sexual urges to this point means that your bloodline naturally developed to feel an aversion to degeneracy. We also know that when a man grows to be able to think without women, he becomes way more efficient
