Even in India,people here are likely to be more racist to a black man than any other race(like gooks,or South Americans).
I've seen guys in my school who always call each other the 'n' word(probably because it makes them sound cool)whenever they are in an argument.
A dark skinned guy is more likely to face color discrimination than a brown guy in India from what I've seen
