The thing is compared average face + tall vs short + handsome is unfair because being average looking + tall is avg in one category and above average in another and being handsome + short is below avg in one category and above avg in another it's not really fair

To make face vs height comparisons fair it has to be equal distributions

sure, the face is our representation and most of us desire to be beautiful. you can improve it for the sake of your own feelings but it will never counteract the truth that height is law in dating. the exception is only when there is a pure girl, which there are none, who sees your beauty, and values the appearance of your face, combined with your spirit. 'who you are to others' is a combination of both the face and height, as what you are referring to would be the overall physical appearance, but you did not include social ability and other means of expression which also have undeniable relevance
