Magnesium Threonate seems to be able to block Dikkopf, does anyone have experience with this?

the top 30 upregulated genes in balding dermal papilla cells in response to 100 nM DHT determined by microarray hybridization.Too complicated for me
@Dr Shekelberg what's going on with all those proteins?

inject DHTsince I'm not losing hair at the moment.
GSK3 Inhibitors could fill holes in your teeth, among other thingsI'm not motivated with hair stuff since I'm not losing hair at the moment.
understandableUpregulated genes after increased DHT? I don't think that necessarily means that killing those genes will lower your DHT. So I'm a bit confused what the importance of all those genes are. Dutasteride will lower your DHT, and then downregulate expression of those genes, but I don't see why those genes are of any importance to a practical end result.
Once Beta Catenin binds to its Transcription Factor (Lymphoid enhancer binding-factor), the LEF1 carries the Beta Catenin to the Wnt target genes in the DNA. LEF1 is a TCF that's apart of a High-mobility group, meaning it can regulate DNA-dependent processes like transcription, and that's what it does.
The Transcription Factor binds to a specific "promoter region" of the DNA. The TCF copies the genes DNA sequence to make an RNA molecule. The enzyme "RNA Polymerase" forms an RNA strand using the genetic data it copied from the DNA, and essentially overwrites the new genetic data onto those template DNA strands, changing the genetic data through transcription.
The 2 direct Wnt target genes of Beta Catenin concerning hairloss are movo1 and KRT81.
I won't really be adding more to these conversations in the future because I'm not motivated to and I don't see what the incentive is of researching enzymatic reactions at various proteins because maybe I'm not seeing what the objective of that is or it's out of my field of knowledge.

Thanksunderstandable
just want to give inputThanks
I realize I probably came off like a dick there. But if I didn't reply I'd also be a "dick". This isn't directed at you or anyone specific btw, but I'm just a normal guy and I like contributing but I hate being "summoned".
That's why I disabled PMs as soon as I made this account. Some guy today was saying I was ignoring him because I didn't PM him (not LordNorwood. Some other guy) when he "told" me to. Glad you understand what I mean and this stuff is interesting and I've no problem that you tagged me and I'm happy to chime in, but I can't contribute too well because I really don't know a lot about hairloss.
Hope it doesn't so i can flex my life-long NW1Within 10 years you can take a custom wraparound hairfollicle transplant by Replicel
It will cost a bit tho
Follica, SM04554, JAK3I and better topical antiandrogens may come within 5 years
