too much tbh. Return on investment probably diminishes. However there are definitely some necessities that everyone should be taking here

Yeah looksmaxxing can be a hobby for some people but they need to limit the time they spend on this toxic forum and have a healthy mindset which is difficult when you are constantly reminded of how far from perfect you are

Diminishing returns hits before you even find the forum. Optimizing sleep, hormones, skincare, gym, fashion, cologne, hair, mewing is at least 85%-90% of the results, and it's common knowledge.

A few weeks of research on this forum like I did and you will get a lot of valuable info from the passionate people on this forum; the remaining 10%-15%.
After that point anything you find is honestly negligible.

Gotta leave eventually right?

I've yet to see a good result from commissuroplasty. From what I've read online, it's an unpopular procedure and there's complaints of people gaining functional problems, etc. The scarring is also significantly worse than lip lift, is it proven that the scars could even be hidden?

I consider it a last resort type of procedure honestly

Seriously tho, how can scarring be worse than lip lift? Technically it's very close to lips and shouldn't be noticeable since both are red.

That's just what I've heard from other chat on here about it, it's not really confirmed information.

However from my actual research into the procedure, it's relatively uncommon to get and there's been functional problems reported from actual people getting the procedure, like not being able to close your mouth ever again.

Quite literally the only ways to increase mouth width is to gamble your chances with Commissuroplasty or use makeup.

Me personally at least, I'll be going through implants and fat grafting before doing this procedure, because at that point it's absolutely necessary.

I told you about one side effect that was reported, I haven't been able to dig deeper because it's an obscure procedure, not many surgeons offer this unfortunately. That's the biggest red flag imo.

With implants, fat grafting, even Bimax you could find dozens of different surgeons offering this. But for Commissuroplasty you have to go to specific clinics with not many satisfactory results?

I've noticed that Commissuroplasty is mostly used to correct "oral tilt" of the mouth corners though. Those are the most of the results online

I think this was the only interesting result I could find, however it's clearly pictured before scar healing (I'd hope):

You also have to consider the PSL increase for this is quite low. I'm not saying you shouldn't do it but you potentially risk a lot for marginal gain, compared to other procedures that are performed way more professionally and will yield better results
