Nose bleed from bonesmashing

Holy fuck, i don‘t even know how this happend. I was smashing my cheekbones and suddenly blood was dripping down my nose. Has anyone else ever had this? I‘m lowkey fucking scared that I caused some serious damage. My nose overall is pretty sensitive to bleeding so i don‘t know.

i didn‘t even start properly and my cheek isn‘t even bruised, i don‘t know, maybe it was just a random nose bleed and not actually from the smashing.
