Nose gets massive when I smile.

Havnt posted in questions in a long time. I hate my smile and always have. I have an extremely bulbous nose for my pheno and it gets even wider when I smile.

I usually resort to flexing my nose when not smiling in order to slim it but that’s impossible when smiling.

Is there any way to fix this or is surgery my only hope?

TLDR: I have a nigger nose but I’m white. How do I make it smaller when I smile?
