Nose hump

i have a slight hump in between my brow ridge and top of my nose and was wondering if there are any alternatives other than filler to make it appear more straight?

im doing a septoplasty soon but i dont think it would fix the issue

My deviated septum used to be worse but it has gotten better however the structure of my nose makes my lips and nose look very unsymmetrical. would they fix it even if it doesnt completely abstruct my breathing?

the breathing aspect is usually fixed without changing the outer appearance, if you were to fall and break your nose today and end up with an even worse nose you could likely get an insurance-covered aesthetic surgery combined with your septoplasty

Nose problems are complex than most people think and its often a radix issue in which case a carrilage graft helps

I would need to see your nose, I have a similar issue; My dorsal hump is from the maxilla. I’m getting a lefort 1 with CCW rotation within the next 6 months which removes the hump.
