OP is majorly Tiktok-brained. Most of the pics he posted are not improvements, and some of them are arguably worse with the tiny noses.

The whole fetishization of tiny, Michael Jackson-style noses is a complex that a lot of non-white women (and occasionally men) have. From my understanding, it is a status symbol in the Middle East to get one of these grotesque noses via plastic surgery in Turkey. I would not encourage any white person to undergo a rhinoplasty to try and mimic this look.
